Meaghan: Hi there.

This episode of the Pleasurable Money Podcast is going to be an ASMR money affirmations episode. I am a pretty avid consumer of ASMR. I love face brushing and personal attention and hairbrushing. All of that gives me massive tangles. So, if you'll allow me today, I will touch your face. And I also have this brush. So if it's okay with you I will do some facebrushing and face touching.

Is that okay? Okay. Great.

I'm so glad you're here. So, if you would like to get comfortable, if you want to fall asleep, that's totally cool. You're safe here. And I am so thankful that you're here.

So, I just want to start out by touching your face and, and making sure that we have a good canvas to start out with, is that okay with you? Okay. Cool.

Your hair looks great today. Oh, wow. Your skin is amazing. Have you been doing anything special or different recently?

Oh, that's amazing. I'll have to try that. Okay, so if you'd like to close your eyes, I will start some of the affirmations. Let's take a deep breath together. Relax the muscles in your face.

I deserve to make money.

I deserve to make more money.

I deserve the money I receive even if I didn't "work hard" for it.

When I think I don't deserve more money I remember that I am worthy because I am human.

My desires are valid whether they are material and extravagant or modest and immaterial.

I make money in all of my emotional states.

I make money when I'm feeling good and when I'm feeling low.

Abundance is my birthright.

My time is worthy of compensation.

I don’t charge what I’m worth because my worth cannot be quantified.

I charge in alignment with the transformation I provide and the experience that I hold.

I deserve to embody the true me when money is not a worry.

I am open to receiving all the money and wealth life brings to me.

All it takes is a willingness to receive.

It starts with being open.

I am open to learning how to make more money.

I am willing to say yes to money, even if it's scary.

I am open to assessing my money blocks.

I am open to being shown where I can improve my money mindset.

I am capable of reaching my money goals.

Do I believe in myself?

Why?

Allow the answer to flood your mind.

In what ways have I shown myself to be capable of making money?

Allow the answer to flood your mind.

My money goals are in reach and I am ready to start today.

I enjoy a healthy relationship with money.

My relationship with the money is a playground for me to experiment with what I hold as an ideal relationship.

I look to my healthy relationships in real life as a model for how I want my relationship with money to be.

I love money and money loves me.

How does money show me that it loves me?

Allow the answer to flood your mind.

How do I show money that I love it?

Allow the answer to flood to your mind.

Money and I are partners. I am not at the mercy of money.

When does money flow to me? What emotional state am I in when I feel close to money? How can I replicate that? Allow the answer to flood your mind.

When I'm grateful for money what happens?

When I fully celebrate my wins how do I feel?

I am open to receiving unexpected money, big or small.

I am grateful for the abundance that I see in my life every day.

I am rich in love, family, health, friends, nature, sustenance, and shelter.

What else am I rich in? Allow the answer to flood your mind.

I am smart with my money and when I don't feel confident in my decision I ask someone I trust for advice.

I have everything I need within me to become successful with money.

I can find the answers to my questions easily and the right people always find their way into my life.

Do I believe that there is enough money in this world for everyone to have more than enough?

If not, does that belief serve me?

Do I see that belief playing out in my life?

There is enough money in the world for everyone, including me.

What will happen to me when I become rich?

Do I believe that wealth will amplify who I already am?

Allow the answer to flood your mind.

With wealth, I choose to be more generous, more loving, more involved with those I love, love myself more, and use my money to support the causes that are important to me.

Earning money is selfless.

It allows me to give more.

Who will I help when I become wealthy?

Allow the answer to flood your mind.

I forgive myself for the way I’ve treated money and I forgive money for making me feel abandoned.

What else can I forgive myself for? Allow the answer to flood your mind.

What else can I forgive money for?

Allow the answer to flood your mind.
